How can I place an order?

1.Select a category from the online shop.

2.Browse for an item you like and add it to your cart.

3.You will be redirected to the product page where you can select a color, size, or add special requirements (if needed).

Can I pay with any Credit Card?

Yes, we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards which include but are not exclusive to Visa and MasterCard.

Please only use credit cards that belong to you.


Can I cancel my order?

We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Timing is everything!

As long as your item is a ‘non-custom’ product, (and hasn’t shipped yet), you can cancel it by contacting our team.

Please refer to our Refund Policy at the bottom of the website.

Can I order by calling the service number?

Sorry currently we are not able to take your order by telephone.

We are working hard to provide this service. For now, please use the website to place all orders.


What if I need special requirements?

If you need alterations to be done to the product, please describe it in the special requirements field

Example:: If your dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange to modify your dress. We can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Depending on how large the request is, there may also be an additional charge. This is not always the case, all fees go directly to the tailor/seamstress.



Which payment options are available?

You can pay for your purchase with all major Credit and Debit Card.

We accept Paypal and Klarna!

If the option is not available on the website, please contact us so we may correct it.


Will my payment be secure?


We use the highest industry standards to secure our website and the payment process.

PrettyGirlDresses.com is fully PCI compliant and certified to process payments.

Every bit of the information you provide to us is processed encrypted through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).


Where can I redeem my voucher or discount code?

During checkout, you have the option to enter the specific code. It will be applied to the entire shopping cart.

 How many times can I use the discount code?

Each promo code can only be used once per transaction.

Please take note of expiration date of any code.

I signed up for your Newsletter, but I did not receive my code!

We must follow current E-Mail regulations.

 Please activate your Newsletter subscription in the ‘Welcome Email’ your received.

The code will be shown after clicking the activation link.

Please remember to check your Spam folders, and double check the spelling of your E-Mail address.

How do I know my size?

Each product page will include a detailed size chart in the Description section.

You will need a measuring tape to measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result.

It is ok if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size.

All dresses, shirts, tuxes, etc. have different sizing.

As long as you follow the chart for each individual item, the patterns should be true to size.

We have also created an instructional video on how to measure yourself, or someone else.


What parts do I measure?

We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.

– Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

– Waist: Measure around natural waistline.

– Hips: Measure around the fullest part.

Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself.

Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.

 My body measurements don’t fit a specific size!

You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size.

Extra fees may apply if you require custom sizing.

Are your sizes standard sizes?

Our company does not use ‘standard sizes’ for dresses in the UK, EU, or US.

 Every garment will using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Which Shipping options are available?

We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide.

We do not offer expedited options for dropship, or orders in bulk.

 Please contact us if you would like to order more than 100 dresses.

We have great wholesale rates!

How long is your average delivery time?

When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 2-5 business days to reach you.

Time will vary based on your order size and destination.

Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?

Yes, please contact our customer service as soon as possible!

We can’t change the delivery address once the shipping process has already started.

In most cases, you can intercept the package with the shipping carrier. (UPS FEDEX, etc)
